I failed again. Made the same mistake, again. I struggle with talking to people, asking questions, and seeking help to understand the problem better. Instead, I dive deep into the engineering problem and forget the most important part: asking users what they need. I ended up defining the problem myself, which led to failure even before launching the product.
What’s next? Not sure yet, but I’m not going to stop building. I’ve created many failed products over the past 12+ years, and I’ll keep going. This time, I’ll change my approach. I’ll focus on solving problems for the users, not just for myself. I won’t get too deep into engineering but will solve problems manually first and figure out the tech later, once it’s validated.
Goodbye, Build In Public, for now.
