I have all the ideas, architecture, design, everything in my mind right now for the new pivot of Mevin. My hands are itching to build all those from scratch.
But I have tied my hands this time, so I will first find customers and then build the product gradually. So I don’t make the same mistake I did for a whole decade of building products that nobody would use.
If you are someone who has big vision for your product. (You will be). You should first think about what you can deliver first, which is the smallest of all, yet provides value to customers, and aligns with your grand vision and just do that and bring customers.
Launch v0.1 first, your end product can be v100 or v1000. It’s the first step that you take to generate revenue that matters a lot.
