After I failed straight for a decade, I took time reflecting.

I figured what needs to be done now.

I wrote these rules to myself.

  1. Build things that don’t scale
  2. Launch quickly
  3. Make someone pay for your product

Don’t take more than 1 month to launch any product.

After you launch, make sure you focus on finding customers here on X, or reddit, or LinkedIn, wherever your customers are available.

Talk to initial customers as much as you can, connect with them and learn a lot about their problems. Use those to make your product better.

Don’t forget to check & ignore requests that do not align with your vision.

Most importantly, have a vision and a long term plan.
