Instead ask customers even to pay $1/m, which will cost them $10/m or more in other platforms.
This way, they don’t think it’s worthless.
Making people pay, will make them commit to platform.
I paid X for an annual plan, committing myself and want to grow my X account.
If it was free, I wouldn’t have cared.
I spoke to a growth hacker and realized that I was trying run philanthropy not business.
I’m glad that I got this advice so early.
