If you are building a business, your first thought should be “How do I make someone pay for this product”, before even you decide to start building.

It’s weird to see how many things that I learnt in the past decade and I just did those for fun.

Could have monetized those 100 ways, but I denied all of them and moved on.

This time I’m focusing on “monetization first approach” in building a business is the right approach.
