I woke up before my alarm went off today.
When you have something burning inside, you won’t feel like sleeping longer.
Find the one that can give you good sleep after an accomplishment and a reason to wake up early.
Here’s some tips on fixing your sleep.
Go to bed at the exact same time.
8 hours of sleep is a myth, find what your body wants, mine is 6.5 hours.
I sleep more, I go groggy for whole day, I sleep less, I feel tired. 6.5 hours is my sweet spot. Find yours.
Take 1 nap if tired.
Do not sacrifice sleep for anything, for your brain to function well, you need to good sleep.
Sleep debt is real, use 1-2 days in a week to sleep a little more, so you compensate the lost sleep if any.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol or anything else that can affect your sleep.
Stop having heavy meals at night.
There’s a saying. “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.”
Food plays a major role in sleep.
Figure out ways to manage stress, mine is playing with my kid before bed, it was meditation earlier, but doesn’t matter.
If you fix your sleep, you fix your life.
